I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for all things delicious, and I want to help you rediscover that passion. I know how easy it can be to get stuck in the diet cycle. You try a diet that promises quick, dramatic results, but then you get tired of restricting yourself and “fall off the wagon”. After that, you feel so guilty about “failing” that you get back on that same (or a different) restrictive diet, and so the cycle continues. 

I’m here to help you break free from the cycle! It may seem weird to hear a registered dietitian say this, but guess what? Diets don’t work. It’s been proven time and time again. This cycle is just keeping you from enjoying food, loving your body, and living your life. So stop letting your diet control your life. Stop letting society make you feel like you shouldn’t love your body. Ditch the diet cycle and take control of your life, your health, and your happiness.

My philosophy as a dietitian is simple: all foods fit.

Listen to your body. Chronic dieting tells us to ignore hunger signals. The real key to food freedom is reconnecting with your body and its needs.

Health is not determined by a number on the scale. Instead of focusing on weight as a goal, we need to focus on overall health. That is why you won’t find meal plans, or calorie counting here.  Energy, gentle nutrition, and stress management are all things we can work on together. 

 Food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared. If we listened to all of the messages out there about which foods are “bad”, there’d be nothing left to eat! It’s time we get back to enjoying food. Listening to your body and allowing all foods to fit will help take away that fear.   

How it Works

Step 1:

Send me an email or set up a free discovery call. Let's have a quick 15 minutes chat where we can learn a little bit more about each other and see if we are a good fit.

Step 2:

Set up your first appointment. We’ll dive deep into your health using a non-diet, weight neutral approach and work together on building a better relationship with food and your body.

Step 3:

We'll meet weekly or bi-weekly for as long as you'd like, based on your needs. After our time together you will leave knowing how to honor your health while letting go of food fears.
